Woolie’s Apple Crumble

Super delicious and mostly-fucking-healthy dessert. I mean, you could also have this for breakfast - do whatever makes your inner five year old happy.



Serves: 6 (if you're not being a little piggie - but, fuck it, you only live once)


INGREDIENTS:

6-8 Medium Sized Apples (depends on size of your size)

Cinnamon

2 cups rolled oats

2 tbsp vegan butter

1/4 cup date puree

1 tbsp maple syrup** (optional)





DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven for 350 F and get all your shit ready to go.

Grab a baking dish and start slicing up apples into thin slices. Layer in baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon on top of each layer. You’re going to want the dish to be full of apples, so you might need more or less depending on the size of your dish.

Mix together the rolled oats, vegan butter, date puree and 2 tsp of cinnamon. Mix it all together and sprinkle over the top of the apples evenly.

350 F for 1 hour till the oats soften a bit. Take it out, let it cool a bit and enjoy the fuck out of it.

TIPS:

**If this shit ain’t sweet enough for you then feel free to drizzle some maple syrup over the whole thing. 1tbsp should do you.


Feel free to chop some nuts and sprinkle on top if you want to bulk it up a bit. You can add some dried fruit as well if you’d like!
