Potato Balls
Got some left-over mashed potatoes on hand? Well then - you can whip these tasty little fellas up super quick!

Serves: 1 as a meal, 2 as a snack
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups left-over mashed potatoes
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/3 cup Marinara sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat your oven or air-fryer to 400 F
Take your mashed potatoes and mix them up with the nutritional yeast, really smash that stuff together.
Get your hands a little damp with water and form the potatoes into little balls - like golf-ball size is good.
Place them on a trivet for the air fryer, or a silicon baking sheet for the oven.
Place in your heating device for 12-15 minutes. Check them and if they aren’t golden brown cook them a little longer.
Heat up your marinara sauce in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.
Plate your balls with your sauce. Dip ‘em and SMASH ‘EM INTO YOUR FACE.

TIPS:
Use whatever you want to dip them in - ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce. You do you!
If you wanted to get fancier you could probably mix some minced garlic or diced veggies into the balls too. Experiment!
