Party Mix
Some call it Chex Mix, others call it Nuts & Bolts, whatever the hell you want to call it it's a snack you're going to fight over and make over and over again. Whole food plant-based, and easy to make nut and gluten-free. BOOM!

Serves: A shit load
INGREDIENTS:
8 cups of dry cereal (think Chex, Crispix, Cheerios, Corn Flakes, Rise Crispies, etc...
1 cup pretzels of some kind
2 cup nuts/seed mix of your choice
Seasoning Mix:
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbsp plant-based margarine (I like Melt), melted (olive oil always works)
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat over to 250 F, prep two baking sheets however you do it (silicon if you've got that shit!)
In a gigantic bowl mix together all your cereal, pretzels, and nuts/seeds stuff.
Measure out all the spices into a little bowl and mix that shit together so it's all blended. Adjust and add anything you want. Mix in the margarine or oil and the rest of the wet ingredients and whisk that shit together until it's all mixed well.
Pour seasoning sauce-stuff over the dry ingredients and stir that beautiful mess until it's well coated all over. Dump it onto the baking sheets and spread it out as best you can.
Bake for 1hr, stopping every 15 minutes to stir it up and rotate the pans so that everything gets equally browned. If you think your mix is ready early by all means, turn it off.
Let it cool on the counter a bit and SMASH IT INTO YOUR FACE. Stores for at least two weeks (like it's going to last that long) in an air-tight container.

TIPS:
Feel free to add some cayenne pepper if you want to spice it up.
