Hippie Peanut Butter & Jam
Is PB&J one of your all-time comfort foods but you’re looking for a healthier version of it for either lunch or a snack? Look no further! This comes together super quick and you can customize it totally to your taste buds. Dive in!

Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
6 lettuce leaves, washed
2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (not one with sugar goddamnit!)
1 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Take your lettuce leaves and lay them out on a big-ass plate. Scoop out your nut butter across all the leaves in the middle of them.
Take your berries and disperse them amongst the leaves and then do the same with the bananas.
Sprinkle hemp seeds over them.
THAT’S IT! Smash these babies into your mouth!

TIPS:
You can take pretty much anything on that ingredient list above and swap it out to your tastes. You can swap the lettuce leaves for chard. Use any nut butter you fancy, swap out the berries for whatever berry you want - and change the banana for something like mango. If you don’t have hemp seeds you could use some ground flax. Seriously - just use this as a jumping off point to make something just for you!
