Choco-PB Overnight Oats

It tastes like you’re having fucking Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for breakfast. You’re welcome.

Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup roll oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax meal
1/2 unsweetened plant-based milk
1 tsp maple or date syrup
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 ounce chopped peanuts
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (dairy free, ideally)
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
Add the oats, chia, flax, milk, sweetener, and peanut butter to a mason jar or bowl.
Place in fridge overnight.
In the morning add the fruit, peanuts and mini chocolate chips. Stir. Smash into your face.
TIPS:
Swap out the fruit with other fruit of your choice as you see fit.
