chickpea fruit salad
This is a surprisingly tasty and simple filling breakfast that you can whip up in mere moments.
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp ground flax meal
Cinnamon to taste
Mix chickpeas and fruit together together. Stir in flax and cinnamon. Seriously - that’s it.
You could add a drizzle of maple or date syrup if you needed it.
Swap the berries out as you see fit with other fruit of your preference - whatever you have on hand!
Use cocoa powder instead of cinnamon (or both for a mayan flavour)
