apple pie in a jar

Want your apple pie fix without all the shitty extra calories? This is your best bet! Use a large mason jar or a bowl.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup plant-based milk of you choice (I like almond)
1 tsp maple or date syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup chopped walnuts (or half an ounce)
1 cup extra fruit (optional)
Add everything except the walnuts (in the order listed above), to a jar or bowl.
Put in your fridge overnight.
In the morning top with walnuts, mix, and smash it into your mouth!
Add extra fruit if you want - I recommend blueberries or whatever’s in season.
Swap out the walnuts for whatever nuts you want.
