Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies
Updated: May 28, 2021
Quick, simple, and delicious cookies that you can make golden crisp in mere minutes. It’s oil, gluten, and animal product free!

Serves: 8
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup gluten-free quick oats
2 tbsp almond flour
1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat air fryer to 350 F so that shit bakes even when you’re ready to pop these beauties in.
In a large bowl mix together the tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix in the oat flakes, almond flour, pecans and walnuts. Fold in the chocolate chips. Seriously - how fucking easy is this?
Measure about 1/4 cup of the cookie dough into 8 equal amounts (around 42 grams each). Roll the dough with damp hands (keeps that shit from sticking) and then smash between the palms of your hands. Place 4 cookies (or more if you have a bigger air fryer) into a parchment lined air fryer. Be careful to not have too much excess parchment - that shit can catch on fire - for fucking real. You’ve been warned.
Air fry the cookies at 350 F for 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool and crisp. Repeat with additional dough.

TIPS:
Swap out the nuts and spices with whatever flavours you want.
Add dried fruit, seeds - the world is your oyster!
If eating the next day microwave for 8-12 seconds.
Want them chewier? Cook for a minute or two less. Want crispier? Cook another minute or two more. Just keep an eye on it.
Make a smaller batch and half the recipe!
